ZS99 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ZS99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). ZS99 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform operated for users in the Pakistani market and other eligible jurisdictions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZS99 with respect to your access to and use of the Platform, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and account management services offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ZS99 website, any associated mobile interface, and all services, tools and content accessible through them.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by you on the Platform following successful registration.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers via the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or casino game play made using real funds held in your Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit credit issued to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Platform before withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which balances are displayed on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on ZS99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity);
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not subject to a current self-exclusion order on ZS99 or any affiliated platform;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by ZS99 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other person;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ZS99 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. If ZS99 has reasonable grounds to believe a user is under the minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any amounts that cannot be recovered under applicable law.

Each person may hold one (1) Account on ZS99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, ZS99 requires all users to complete identity and address verification. Acceptable documentation typically includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of current address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement).

ZS99 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

All deposits to your ZS99 Account must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. ZS99 accepts funds only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Currency Display: Account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where underlying transactions are processed in another currency, conversion is applied at the rate in effect at the time of processing; ZS99 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar reference points for Pakistani users. Their availability in the cashier depends on current operator configuration and is subject to change. These payment providers do not endorse, sponsor or support gambling activities on this Platform. Users must verify each provider's own terms before transacting.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money generated from bonus play can be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds and any applicable processing fees are specified in the cashier at the time of request;

Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

Bet Acceptance: ZS99 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider knowledge or fraudulent intent;
• A technical or pricing error has resulted in an erroneous market being displayed;
• The relevant event has already commenced prior to bet placement where live betting was not available;
• Account limits have been exceeded.

Casino and RNG Games: All casino game outcomes on ZS99, including slots and table games, are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer results where applicable. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

ZS99 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible users. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless a specific Promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is stated on the applicable Promotion page;
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During the period in which Bonus Funds are active, a maximum per-round or per-bet stake limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings;
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — see the Promotion's specific terms;
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited without compensation;
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per Promotion;
• One Promotion at a Time: ZS99 may restrict the ability to hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously;
• Abuse Prevention: ZS99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel Promotions and close Accounts where it reasonably believes a user is abusing the promotional system.

Promotional values quoted in PKR (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 25,000 maximum cash-out) are illustrative examples unless stated as confirmed live offer values. Always verify current Promotion terms in the Platform's promotional section before opting in.

ZS99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly ceiling on the total amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define a net-loss threshold that triggers an automatic pause or alert;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a defined duration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform; once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ZS99 reserves the right to decline deposits or limit wagering where it has reasonable grounds to believe a user is exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour, even where the user has not requested a restriction.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZS99 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular users;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting);
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Placing bets based on insider information concerning match outcomes or sporting events;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that ZS99 reasonably believes constitutes a financial crime;
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to manipulate Platform systems, odds algorithms or game RNG outputs.

All content on the ZS99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, betting interfaces, game implementations, data feeds and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZS99 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from ZS99;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Scraping, harvesting or otherwise extracting data from the Platform in an automated manner;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions will result in immediate revocation of your licence and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZS99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults or service interruptions;
• Losses arising from errors in odds, markets or game logic that are corrected under clause 6;
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity by you or on your Account.

No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. ZS99 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components.

ZS99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• At the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Where ZS99 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users or ZS99 itself.

Upon permanent Account closure, any Real Money balance remaining (after deduction of any disputed or forfeitable amounts under these Terms) will generally be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and compliance checks. Bonus Funds are non-returnable upon closure.

You may close your own Account at any time by contacting ZS99 support. For self-exclusion requests, please use the dedicated tool in your Account settings or contact support directly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZS99 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZS99's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: ZS99 expressly does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority. By using this Platform from Pakistan or any other territory, you acknowledge that:

• You have independently verified that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you;
• ZS99's governing law and jurisdiction clauses take precedence for contractual disputes between you and ZS99;
• ZS99 accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise from your use of the Platform in violation of your local laws.

ZS99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, ZS99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
